How to chill a glass?
Always chill a glass before you make the cocktail. Some of the ways to chill the glass are:
Put the glass in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes before you plan to use them, make sure they don’t crack. If the refrigerator is not available for pre-chilling, you can fill the glass with crushed ice just prior to using it OR Fill the glass with cube or cracked ice and twirl it around before pouring in the drink. In both techniques, when the drink is ready, empty out the glass and shake of the excess water and then pour in your drink.
Add Happyhours Mixology to your event and shake things up!
