Ice!
Ice is a critical ingredient for mixing cocktails don’t ever be stranded without it.
Rule of Thumb: you will always need more ice than you have. So buy extra, especially if your party will run late into the night and you won’t have access to bagged ice later. It is best to buy bagged ice and keep in your refrigerator or in an insulated box. If you run out of space to store ice, the washing machine is a good option. Never scoop ice directly into the glass by pushing the glass into the ice, the glass could chip and be fatal if consumed, always use an ice scoop, tongs or a large spoon. It is unhygienic to use your fingers to handle the ice!
